When I navigate to billing, it shows me lists of articles. I wish it was easier to contact billing to find out what the problem is and have it fixed. I have logged out and logged back in as well as “updated” so these are not the issues. This is inconvenient because I use the app for all my work and studies. There is a limit set on downloads in the “free” plan, so suddenly I may find that I have reached the limit and then have to wait for the month to be over. #DOWNLOAD EVERNOTE TEXT UPGRADE#The upgrade will cost me another 1999, so I am hesitating because I feel insecure about asking for a refund of the amount I have already paid. In the app itself it shows that my subscription will expire on, so somewhere something has been updated though it doesn’t reflect in my app itself. The “current” plan shows “Free” plan though I paid 1499 for the year. I have been using Evernote for a year, and recently paid my subscription for another year. Manage your subscriptions in Account Settings after purchase. Subscriptions may not be cancelled for refund except as provided in Evernote's Commercial Terms. Where applicable, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account.
